Health care certainly seems to be a hot topic for our American friends lately. As best as I can understand, considering how little I know of the ongoing debate, U.S. citizens have differing opinions on their desire to have a national health care system.
As a Canadian, it took me a while to figure out why people wouldn't want it. But then, that's the only kind of healthcare that I've ever known or lived with. Granted, our system has changed a lot in recent years and the necessary items that our government has de-listed while leaving non-necessary medical items, makes absolutely no sense to me. Then again, no one asked my opinion on the subject.
Our HubMobsters (writers) are luckier than me, in that regard. Our HubMob team leader, Princessa, has asked them for their opinions about health care, as well as for intelligent information that can help you when it comes time for you to choose a doctor or when you want some details about a surgical procedure and so forth.
