Dottie, I almost didn't do this - I HATE SHOPPING. It dawned on me that I might not be the only one, so hoped it would come in handy for somebody. I'm going to be doing all my shopping online this year. I just went into a store yesterday to buy a tube of toothpaste and it took me a half hour to get out again because of the amount of people at the check-outs *shudder* I hate that.

Yes! They are lightweight and keeps one warmer than the bulky scarfs, reason why I stopped wearing bulky scarfs to keep the cold out, when I lived in the East Coast with its harsh winters. I wear not only the scarfs but also the shawls, even here in Oregon where the weather is more temperate but it does get cool in the winter.

Christmas is coming up really fast this year and we haven't even had our Thanksgiving in the U.S. yet which is in 2 days. It is the 27th this year and usually the 21st or 22nd so Christmas will be right around the corner.
